MD-3000-TRB
The MD-3000-TRB is an operatorless strapping machine specifically designed for palletising applications which require either the strap joint to be positioned on top of the pack, or alternatively, for applications where the pallet has an extremely low overall height. The rack and pinion compression system provides high acuracy of pack compression. The MD-3000-TRB can use a range of polypropylene or polyester strapping from 9 to 13mm.

Variable height strap feeding
Strapping head descends to pallet, enabling even very low height packs to be strapped with high retained strap tension.
Rack and pinion compression system
Provides high accuracy of pack compression - adjustable from 5000 to 10000 Newtons. Additionally, fragile products can be strapped without compression.
